Terms & Conditions


  • All new clients are required to fill out a consultation form for their treatments. Please inform me of any changes when asked at every treatment.

  • Please ensure you arrive on time for your treatment. I understand that problems occur so please contact me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in your treatment being shortened due to other client's appointments and you will be charged for your full treatment.

  • Depending on your treatment if you arrive late your appointment may need to be rescheduled & a cancellation policy will apply.

  • If you need to reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation policy will apply.

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, contact me to rearrange.

  • Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Gift Vouchers

  • These are non-refundable & are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Treatment Courses

  • Treatment courses must be paid upfront at the first treatment and used within 12 months. Courses are non-refundable once the course starts and a missed appointment may result in a treatment being deducted from a course.

Treatment Aftercare

  • Please follow all aftercare that the Therapist has given. 

Refund & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned unopened, sealed and in the exact condition that it was purchased.

  • Refunds are not availble for treatments as a full consultation and aftercare information is provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • I ask that where possible please give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There will be a charge of 50% for late cancellations/reschedules and no shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment missed.

  • Reoccurring lateness/reschedules/cancellations will require a non refundable booking fee of half the treatment cost to book future appointments, this cannot be moved towards another appointment.

  • Reoccuring no shows will be unable to make any future bookings without the full treatment cost being paid upfront which is non refundable and may result in being unable to book any future appointments. 

Patch Testing

  • Patch testing is a legal requirement for certain treatments. Any refusal for a patch test will result in your treatment being cancelled. Not attending your patch test appointment will also result in your appointment being cancelled.


  • Payments must be made before leaving your appointment.

  • I accept all major credit/debit cards, cash and bank transfer.

Therapist Illness

  • On the unfortunate occasion that myself or my children fall ill/ an emergency arises and I have to rearange your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible.
